GeniusCount is a Swiss online accounting software (Swiss Made Software) for accounting firms, SMEs and the self-employed. It centralises accounting, invoicing, payroll and taxation, with an AI agent that automates data entry from bank statements and supporting documents.

GeniusCount is aimed primarily at Swiss accounting firms that manage the books of several mandates, as well as SMEs and self-employed professionals who want to keep their accounts online. The platform is designed for the Swiss context: multi-mandate management, VAT and Swissdec-certified payroll.

GeniusCount propose deux grilles tarifaires. Pour les fiduciaires : à partir de CHF 9.90 par mandat et par mois (comptabilité, facturation et salaires inclus), avec un minimum de CHF 200 par mois. Pour les entreprises qui tiennent leur propre comptabilité : Business à CHF 60 par mois ou CHF 600 par an, Business Plus à CHF 90 par mois ou CHF 900 par an, et Enterprise sur mesure. Payer à l'année revient à deux mois offerts. L'agent IA GeniusCount et les connecteurs IA sont inclus dans tous les forfaits.

C'est la même plateforme, avec deux grilles tarifaires. L'offre fiduciaire est un tarif de gros facturé par mandat (dès CHF 9.90), destiné aux cabinets qui gèrent les comptabilités de dizaines de clients ; l'agent IA et les connecteurs IA y sont des options. L'offre entreprise est un forfait mensuel ou annuel (dès CHF 60 par mois, ou CHF 600 par an) et s'adresse à une société qui tient sa propre comptabilité : l'agent IA et les connecteurs IA y sont intégrés d'office, ce qui explique l'écart avec le minimum de CHF 200 côté fiduciaire.

GeniusCount imports bank statements (CAMT.053, CSV, XLSX, XLS) or connects directly to bank accounts, then converts transactions into accounting entries. Automation rules, reusable from one client to another, automatically classify recurring transactions and reduce manual data entry.

The CAMT.053 (xml), csv, xlsx and xls formats are supported by the system.

PDF documents are accepted by the system.

It's important to upload a single PDF document per file to increase the chances of matching an accounting entry.
